PEACE of MIND

Hello my friends;

In today’s society and this economic cauldron of upheaval and uncertainty, people are thirsty and searching for Peace of Mind.

But what is Peace of Mind? How can it be attained? Where can I go to find it?

Peace of Mind is not something to be found on top of the Himalayas and possessed only by monks and hermits.

Peace of Mind is not a state of being impractical, visionary, indifferent or lazy.

Peace of Mind is attainable here and now, wherever you are, regardless of your external circumstances.

Peace of Mind is a state of inner strength and mental mastery.

Peace of Mind is the art of keeping your sanity and inner balance intact when the world is falling apart around you.

Peace of Mind is not allowing feelings, thoughts and circumstances overwhelm your judgement and affect your reactions.

Peace of Mind manifests itself as inner calmness, tranquility, harmony and serenity accompanied by happiness, inner balance and self control.

When the incessant inner chatter of the mind slows down, inner peace steps in and anxiety, stress, worries, fear, mental and emotional restlessness, nervousness and impatience disappear.

It takes practice but it can be mastered, so keep practicing.
